DELIVERY LOCATIONS

Max Levi delivers to most locations worldwide.

Max Levi uses courier services and therefore cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.

Customers have the option to instruct the delivery person to leave their parcel in a safe place if they are not home, but this decision is at the customer's discretion and responsibility.

Orders are processed on the same day. Order cutoff is 12:00pm AEST.

TRACKING ORDERS

All orders automatically have tracking which will be sent to you upon courier booking. If your order has not arrived please contact our customer service department for assistance on tracking at info@maxlevi.com

DELIVERY TIMES

We endeavor to get your order to you ASAP. Once your order has been dispatched, when opting for free standard shipping, transit time is expected to be 2 to 5 business days within Australia, 4 to 8 business days for New Zealand and 6 - 14 business days for Europe, Oceania, Asia, Africa and the Americas. Express delivery is also available, please check fees and transit times at checkout which vary according to location.

Deliveries are generally made on business days.

IMPORTANT: Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item please contact us on info@maxlevi.com within 30 days. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been, tampered with, or not in their original condition. If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 30 days on info@maxlevi.com

CURRENCY & TAXES

Australia - All prices are in AUD and inclusive of GST.

New Zealand - Prices do not include GST. As of April 2023 New Zealand customs do not charge GST on import for orders up to NZD1000 including any shipping charges. For orders over NZD1000, New Zealand customs might charge you the NZ GST rate before releasing the goods for delivery.

Rest of World - Max Levi does not charge tax for orders out of Australia, your local charges such as import duty/tariffs and sales tax might be charged to your country of residence on arrival by local customs.
